How can you access Lucifer?
A better question would be WHEN can you access him, because no one has been able to access Lucifer (on/from Earth) for more than 2,000 years.
Lucifer was incarcerated in God's realm so that Christ's crucifixion would be at the hands of man and not externally motivated in any way.
Everyone alive on Earth when he returns pretending to be Jesus Christ will have access to him at that time.
